AHREFS Reliability / Up Time Piss Poor Recently?

Is anyone else growing increasingly frustrated with how often AHREFS is slow, clunky and unresponsive in recent times?
It seems to have gotten much worse in the last month or so in our experience.

Pretty sure it's nothing to do with our connection etc. Wondering if others are experiencing the same??

It behave like a thick client (fat client) although it's a cloud based app.
It does have to do with bowser memory and computer memory, cpu usage and io. Use it in incognito window. It doesn't work well if you are streaming or watching video at the same time. Also doesn't work well with low end pc, pc with efficiency mode on.

Quality reply, thanks. We're doing a few of the things mentioned here so will stop and see what improvements we get.
