ahrefs for linkbuilding. Ahrefs also provides lots of tactical knowledge through its blogs

My first choice is always ahrefs over semrush. Maybe I am addicted to their services or what.

Their user experience is also good compared to semrush, in my opinion. They offer rich results when it comes to competitors backlinks audit, its completely from my opinion

Both are good but I always give more importance to Ahref value than Semrush
