ahrefs - no reflected on Backlinks!

Hi guys, I am so confused about how ahrefs gets the backlink reports. I have created a lot of backlinks lately, but only 1 has gone through the reports, but when I did my research on SERP my created backlinks are showing up.

Should I continue creating backlinks and not mind the ahrefs backlink reports? Please give me some insights about this, thanks.

Give it sometime. You can check on other tools.

Hi techEinstien, would you mind providing the tools you mentioned since my client is getting worried that there are no reports for + backlinks on ahrefs.

Ahrefs is extremely slow and super picky when updating backlinks. Semrush is most up to date.

Is Ahrefs the one sending you converting traffic? No, that is Google (or Bing/Yahoo/whatever). Care about what effect your backlinks are having on your Google rankings, not whether they're displaying on Ahrefs reports.

Yes you can cross check with other tools, if one tool result seems unclear
Best alternative for Ahrefs is Semrush.

You can focus on creating more high quality backlinks. Ahrefs will take some time to fetch the links.

Last time Ahrefs does not work accurately enough, maybe it's just me... But maybe it should be given more time.

Majestic finds more backlinks than AHRefs, it even finds links that Google doesn't (or at least ones that Google doesn't show in GSC)

the search engine and ahrefs crawlers work different mate , so they take time to crawl over .

You check your backlink using other tools.

Semrush is much quicker
if you can afford a group buy, move to semrush
