Our site's organic traffic estimates by Ahrefs has nose dived more than 65% after they changed the way they estimate search volume. This new estimate for our traffic is completely wrong. Anyone else seeing a drop in organic traffic estimates for their site, which is not accurate?

Yes, but I only use it to track one website. It wasn't accurate before but the new way they are doing it is more inaccurate than before though. I don't like it.
When I do keyword research, the traffic estimates for keywords that Ahrefs spits out are wildly inaccurate (lower than actual traffic). After this Ahref update Semrush seems like a much better option for keyword research.

Use SEmrush for better analysis results. It's much better than Ahrefs.

There was a study recently on the accuracy of traffic estimates (and tangentially search volumes) on a number of tools including Ahrefs.
