Ahrefs Links are not indexing after adding the Redirect, should i use any type of service or what? If any service related to this then please suggest me. Thanks

You can try submitting URLs manually in Google Search Console using the Fetch as Google tool, or using a ping service like Ping-O-Matic to speed up indexing. If the problem persists, consider using a Backlink Indexing service like One Hour Indexing.

What do you mean by Ahrefs Links,
Do you mean links built from Ahrefs domain? or Links you built are not indexing.

This is quite subjective, as Ahrefs is well known as one of the fastest indexers. What kind of links are you building?

Forum? Directories? Web2.0 properties? Guest post ? PBN

A more context would have us recommend a suitable direction.

first double-check that you're using a 301 redirect, not a 302. After that, go to search console and submit the new URLs for indexing manually. It might take a bit of time for google to update everything, but you can also use the URL Inspection tool to see if there are any crawl issues. Make sure your new page isn’t blocked by robots.txt or a noindex tag, and the content is solid and relevant.

How long has the redirect been in place?

It can take some time to be recognized and shown.
