I agree with SpiderMonkeyATX, this is just a "Scare Mail" from Nike's low level legal spammers or it is a scam. Seriously it is a great scam idea to blast this to anyone and everyone selling shoes or any product and see who pays. I say ignore it, you are safe. Wait it out and do what you do.

My vote is that it's 100% not a real letter from Nike. Companies go through a certain procedure to prove that you've received their legal communications, such as certified mail or (more likely) something served by an official of the court.

Well, why are you worrying when everything is stealth, they cannot pull your money, that is why they have mailed you. And even first instance, they are not nike, to ask money . May be some people trying to fake you, and make money.
