Agile or Waterfall: Which one do you use?

Often confused in terms of process, agile and waterfall have many dissimilarities although the similarities are more overt. I'm more of an agile person than waterfall, what about you?

Agile myself. But if people I work with are used to waterfall, I have no issue in switching over.

Working projects agile is by far more convenient, then waterfall, at least in my eyes.
