It's too early to say. lucky has been avail at all times and his team is doing thei job.

As of today, about 2 weeks into the job, I lost keyword positions on local and no improvement on website kw rankings.

I do feel they are doing good work. And hope to report again in 2 weeks with additional (hopefully) positive results.
 
update: 12 keywords out of 15 targeted are top of page 3, 1 keyword is on page 2. competition is medium in local niche in decent size market. seller communication has been excellent and its obvious he cares about his clients. while there is no first page rankings yet, i believe we are headed in the right direction i will update as there is more movement on the keywords.

2. We created all the content and start working on Link building. we send first Link building report on Thu, Jun 22, 2017. ( last week)

I agree with you.... communication is frikin SOLID man.... these guys "REALLY CARE" ..... their work reports are awesome as well..... I just started a few weeks ago, im seeing slow increase, though have no doubts they will succeed.. they quoted me 8 weeks, and looking at where they are after 3 weeks, i think they are on the right track....... :-)
 
I have a client that has a business that services the whole state which includes major metropolitan areas and smaller cities which they are also trying to rank for in addition to keywords that are related to the state. Have you ever tried to rank pages on a site for multiple cities in organic results? Is the cost one package per page/location? Or is this really for brick and mortar locations that are ranking for just that one location? Looks like a nice service...

Review Update -
