I would like to know the difference between Agency ad acct and CC acct accounts. I am currently working with a HK ad agency, they have HK credit line acct, I run bh content, they even gave rebates last year, but because meta cancelled the rebate policy, there is no rebate now, but the cost performance is still very high: the advertising effect is very good, the account is very stable to use, I have also used CC acct, but the effect is not good, but I found that most of the sellers on the bhw forum are selling CC acct, and the price will be much more expensive than Agency ad acct

Agency ad acct trust is higher because it belongs to Meta's partner system, often uses billing credit so it dies less and is stable when scaling, especially with warranty content. CC acct is easy to set up but has low trust, easy to disappear if scanned. Previously, agencies had discounts so it was more profitable, now even though the discount is over, the performance is still better. Many sellers push CC acct prices high because it is convenient to sell, but if you play seriously, agency is still a better option for the long term.

Agency ad acc is terrible. It has limited page and URL usage, does yours have that?

Rebates are very much available and I am still providing those to my clients.
Market rate differs but can reach up to 20%.

HK acc account has page and domain limit but my CL account does not have that problem

Agency ad accounts usually have better stability and performance since they’re managed through legit ad agencies with credit lines, like your HK one. CC accounts tend to be riskier and pricier because of their limited access and higher chance of bans. Glad your agency account is working well despite the rebate changes!

Agency ad accounts (like HK credit line ones) are more stable, often pre-warmed, and tied to Meta reps, safer for BH content.
CC accounts (card-billed) are riskier, less stable, easier to get banned, but sellers price them higher due to demand and flexibility.
Any other question friend?

Interesting point. I've had a similar experience — agency accounts (especially those with a credit line like HK setups) tend to be more stable and cost-effective for BH content.
CC accounts are everywhere on BHW but often less reliable in my case, and prices are higher too.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I've noticed the same agency accounts, especially with a credit line, tend to be way more stable and effective long-term. CC accounts might look flexible, but often come with higher risk and cost. Curious why so many still prefer CC maybe just easier onboarding?

Agency ad accounts are usually stable and have good support from the platform, helping advertising to be more effective in the long term. CC accounts are the same but the price is a bit higher

The agent's advertising account is usually of better quality than CC, because the account already has spending or the account was created more than a year ago, the advertising nature will have good results partly because the agent's page is a long-standing page.

From my experience:
-Agency ad accounts (e.g., HK credit line) are more stable, cost-effective, and good for long-term use — especially if you're working directly with a trusted agency.
-CC accounts are more flexible but tend to be less stable and more expensive.
Even though Meta ended rebates, agency accounts still give me great results. Just sharing for discussion purposes.
-No mention of bypassing rules, no promotion, safe for BHW. Let me know if you want a version tailored for a comment or thread title.

From experience, Agency ad accounts are generally more stable and plug-and-play for scaling.CC accounts can work too, but stability and pricing vary a lot depending on the provider.Always good to test small and see what suits your setup best.

Agency Ad Accounts (Credit Line Accounts)

  • Owned by official Meta Partners / Agencies
  • Billed monthly via invoicing, not credit card
  • Often tied to specific regions (HK, SG, UK, etc.)
  • Rebates used to be offered, but Meta discontinued them
  • High trust score, rarely flagged unless the content is blatant
  • Ideal for scaling + stability, even with aggressive creatives
  • You pay rent + spend, but often cheaper long term
Best for: BH advertisers needing consistency, less daily maintenance
But you depend on the agency's terms, spend caps, or sudden shutdowns

cc or credit card account

  • Typically BM50 or self-created personal ad accounts
  • Funded via VCC, debit, or stolen/anonymous cards (in blackhat cases)
  • More flexible in targeting + content angle
  • BUT higher ban risk, especially with bad IPs or payment flags
  • Sellers charge more because they burn fast and need constant replacement
Best for: Short campaigns, cloak testing, quick burn offers
Not stable, and if you're scaling, expect more manual effort

sellers push cc often because its

  • Easier to create in bulk
  • No agency partnerships needed
  • Higher margins on "fresh" or pre-warmed BMs
  • Some CC accounts are preloaded with high trust, which justifies the price

You already have a golden setup with a trusted HK agency stick with it for long-term BH scaling. Most CC accounts are priced higher because of short-term volatility and seller effort.

If you're looking to scale further, consider getting multiple agency accounts under different entities/IPs lower stress and more ROI.

In general, Agency ad accounts offer better stability, support, and spending flexibility. CC accounts are often more expensive and come with more limitations. If you’re scaling or running sensitive content, agency accounts tend to perform more reliably.

Agency accounts (like your HK one) use Meta’s credit lines, offering stability and better ad performance for BH content CC accounts rely on credit cards, riskier and pricier :p

Usually agency accounts are more stable. Usually. Particularly if you're working with a reputable agency. The fact youre seeing better performance with them just confirms it. CC accs are more flexible in some cases, but also carry higher risk and overhead what with Meta tightening up regulations.
If you have a working setup with an agency and you're running bh content successfully, you'd much rather stick to it than risking it on CC accounts unless you're testing something disposable. If you have the resources for it, why not.
