Does anyone know a source of expiring / expired vietnamese domains? Ideally split out by topic of the previous site

Maybe that worth to get started with known marketplaces like sedo, namepros, etc...
Check current offers there.

Its pretty hard with those (not just Vietnamese, but all "unusual" domains), the options are pretty much - either use a domain broker or scan the auctions regularly as from time to time decent domains popup.
