Aged PayPal/21 day hold

Hello!

I am looking for aged PayPal accounts preferably 90+ days old to avoid holds and sending money restrictions.

Also -- PayPal is holding over $700 in eBay transactions. If anyone could help with this, I will pay good money.

In order to be safe you should buy a eBay/Paypal combo and age them yourself. Nothing screams "shady" like attaching a new paypal and start selling things other than what was sold to lift the limits.
