Aged Domains

I find many domains with good Majestics /Moz stats ect. CF/TF 20+

But I have concern over buying them becuase they are 10+ years but no google pagerank.
Considering pagerank was still being updated several years ago,, I wonder why these domains have good backlinks but no page rank?

Do you think I should get them? Aged with good backlinks, no spam, but no pagerank.
The no pagerank is the only problem I can find!

I can't remember, Did google used to remove pagerank from domains after a period or other reasons?

I never really bother with Pagerank with newish domains... but these are old domains that i'm talking about

Usually domains with CF/TF 20+ are worth more than 99 cents
Dont bother about PR now.

lol I know what you mean... I don't bother with PR usually with domains until today when I start to wonder.
But these are very old domains , so I wonder why didn't they have pagerank if they were live when PR was actively updating.

Yeah you can buy that domain if other metrics are good...

Probably you can go for it. PR doesn't matter, you can boost it up.

You should also pay attention to the Page Authority and Domain Authority. For me I check. CF, TF, DA, and PA. Then check for spam, check if the strongest links look like they will be permanent, and check if the domain has a good history in archive.org. PR is irrelevant.
