Have a lot of aged domains (5-10 years), have a little links and no traffic.

What can do with them in SEO? Do they have any advantages against new domains?

No, they do not have any advantages as compared to freshly registered domains. Domain age (first date of registration) is not a SEO factor.

If they're indexed with some decent content (at least 1 page), they will have an advantage as little as it's not really worth investing on,
a good domain can be evaluated mainly for its links & niche

Niche relevant aged domain with no link history is as good as fresh domain? I thought aged domains escape the sandbox period because of their domain age and good links passes link juices to rank faster.

It escapes fuckall mate and definitely not a Sandbox. Maybe with a few dozen pages of content that have been in index for a while, but empty site with no backlinks and merely older registration date? No.

I am talking about those sites that was indexed for two years with little no links and got 500 visitors per month in that time but then expired for four or five years.not just registered with no history

Irrelevant. Those sites have been offline for ages and whatever momentum they had is now dead and will have to start from a scratch without any support from backlink profile, which is almost non existent.

WIN WIN WIN WIN
I once said domain age matters during a job interview and they laughed hard.

Got it mate

Domains have content and indexed all the time but have no traffic.

If they have little links and in the same niche, you can build a PBN out of them.

Money site and 301 may not be worth it if they are not strong enough. But yeah if they are super brandable then you may use for building money sites.

If domain had actually well maintained and Backlinks look natural from high quality site, It will have good positive impact. Domain with age alone is not for ranking factor purpose. And also no guarantee to help us.
Simply, Domain age without backlinks would help you but you can use link for money site.
