I'm looking to purchase a domain from a random dude on the interwebs. What a life we live in 2019
It's got 8+ years of history in my niche.
It dropped in March this year and this domain company registered it.
So now the WHOIS shows as registered 200+ days ago - the landing page has been one of those parked websites with couple sponsored links + 'domain for sale' sign.
Now, my question to you brilliant minds is, if I buy this domain and register it under my name it will update the WHOIS to 'last updated 7th July 2019'.
--> Will this make a difference vs a brand new domain I buy?
1) All pages are still indexed on google
2) I'm going to reconstruct the site with same theme as previous site + same logo
3) Same niche content will be deployed on it
4) It has some strong follow backlinks to homepage (juice puppies)
