Hi guys, anyone here add important things to get a good quality aged domain? I have a budget under $5000

Currently I am looking for a good quality aged domain in godaddy
The way I usually do it is :
1. have good quality backlinks
2. have a good traffic history until now
3. Minimum age is 10 years
4. Categories real estate, health, education
5. low spam score <15
6. Normal DA/PA UR/DR
7. Never Drop
I also checked ref domain, anchor text, etc via Ahrefs

The more irrelevant filters you come up with, the bigger fuckall you will be able to choose from.

1. have good quality backlinks - Required
2. have a good traffic history until now - Welcome, not required
3. Minimum age is 10 years - Absolutely not required, made up factor
4. Categories real estate, health, education - Required
5. low spam score <15 - Total bollocks metric, forget it even exists
6. Normal DA/PA UR/DR - DA/PA is irrelevant. UR/DR slightly more usable, but if you have good quality backlinks from number 1., what's the point of these metrics?
7. Never Drop - Welcome, not required

What you are missing big time here is a clean history without any abuse or shitty linkbuilding.

Thank you for the advice
Do you have certain criteria that are very important?

I always initially do a mass bulk check based on metrics to narrow down potential candidates. These mostly include referring domains, trust flow and domain rating.

Then I do a quick check of backlinks. You can spot shit from miles away in 10 seconds.

Then you are left with a couple dozen domains per week really, so you can't be too picky.

I thoroughly check history (no stone left unturned) on all of those and once they are clean, I start analyzing backlink profile.

Once all is great, I check small things, like amount of links pointing to a homepage, traffic, how long has the domain been offline, etc.
