Aged domain keep it or lose it>?

I have a domain name with a cool flash website I created 8-9 years a go. Never did any SEO on it and since it was flash not much of a content in it as well. The domain is just sitting there costing me yearly. Should I keep renewing or not. What can I do with it if its a keeper? Its not a SEO domain as its the name of my old company.

Might be worth seeing if you can find any domains on godaddy with similar link profiles (pr/pa/da) and see if it is worth selling

alternatively, might have a role in a pbn

if you decide to loose it, before you do that you can redirect it to some churn and burn website and spam the domain to death

Yes renew it, you can sell aged domains quite easily. Does it have a page rank? How many characters? Brandable? Readable word? These are all factors that would effect the price.

If it's not a random name like ayubajgasjkfasfjbsa then use it, write some articles and apply for adsense.

Flash is junk and is horrible for bounce rate and poor load times not to mention it is a SEO nightmare so lose the flash
if you want to continue with it. I mean if all it is doing is costing you money and you never built any PR on the domain
then lose it unless you like the name and have an idea for it.

If you have no plans for it and the PR does not check out then I would just drop it and spend the money on something with
more value to your overall goal.

8-9 yrs. old is a nice aged domain. I think you should keep it. PBN sounds like a nice idea.

8-9 years old domain with high PR or high DA can sell for few hundreds dollars. Otherwise, check if the flash is unique or has value that might interest some domainers to buy.

Aged domains are good. As long as its not slapped or penalized, I would use it if the domain name is to your liking. If not, new domains are dirt cheap adn not an area you should be trying to save money in.

Hi OP,

If you don't have a desired goal, auction it away.
It is best you use it as a PBN and sell BST services.

If its got some interesting content, I'd say keep it and monetize it to your benefit. However, if you think you don't see yourself using it later on, either sell it or just stop paying.
