What is better a high PR domain or a low PR domain that is listed in Yahoo Directory OR Dmoz?

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]I will pick a high PR domain name instead of low PR.

Yahoo submission costs $299 per year, whereas getting into DMOZ is not as easy as it used to be earlier. Links from these two still helps in boosting a websites ranking. But high PR would help you in case you are looking to sell it. So it depends on what your objective is

A low PR site registered in yahoo directory or in DMOZ always better as it has more authority

Well I was thinking of using this PR2, Yahoo Dir. listed domain to link to my own sites.
