Aged CPA account

I have an aged cpa account on a big network, that pays weekly. I am willing to give you 80% of the commissions. I need the following information:

1) traffic generation means
2) how much you expect to earn.

I just need the person to understand how cpa works. Don't want my account banned!! Ideally chat more freely over skype.
