Aged and new twitter account do they perform differently?

Using an aged inactive Twitter account and a new twitter account, do they work the same?
I know for sure that aged accounts have better performance when doing rt and like, but how about an inactive one?

Inactive and aged account also holds more value than a new account.

Older the account better the reach. I do not think that Twitter is doing anything special here.

No difference have both, only difference is older than 3 month

Not big different, both are similar just different in time,

both are working the same.

Older accounts are always better than the new ones. You can reach more people and get more views; so yes, they perform differently.
