Aged AdSense account or New AdSense?

Hi,
I would just like to figure out whether purchasing an aged AdSense would be better than creating a new one AdSense? I'm not too familiar with AdSense, but with PayPal, new accounts have many restrictions. For example, your funds get frequently put on hold and any little thing can get your closed down even if you are completely legit. Is that same for AdSense? So would it be in my interest to buy an aged account?

No difference now.
Now every site need to be manually approved with AdSense.

I had 4 aged accounts and, when I checked last week 3 of them got disabled without any reason.

Please note that, there is no active websites linked. I also thought aged accounts are better, so after I got the account approved, I was not renew the domain.

aged with a ton of money gained from it "may be" better than a new one

I just opened my Adsense account, my site gets hits every day, I guess it does not accept it because it is hit on youtube. Any suggestions?

AdSense does not suggest to buy another account. Create a new account by your own details. AdSense will admire you. Its not huge trouble as like as PayPal. AdSense is quite good. I suggest to make a new one.
