Most buyers are not looking for very aged accounts.I would even say they are fine with 1-2 weeks old as long there is enough karma they demand.The accounts will get banned anyways sooner or later.

Would think $50-$200. Username also a factor. If people are using it to spam, they'll pay less. Anyone who wants to build with one rather than start from scratch would want a quality account (I know I would).
Would list these on multiple websites see if you can find interested buyers. If nobody wants to buy, lower your prices.
