Age Restriction On My Video

I'm uploading content related to games and the games don't have explicit content or anything that breaks youtube's kids policy.

Also, in my settings its set that my videos aren't restricted to viewers that are 18+ only.

As soon as I upload the video it gets restricted to 18+ viewers.

Anyone know the cause of this or how to solve it?
