Age Requirement for Tax Forms?

Hey all, I'm looking at payment methods for my current CPA networks (ogmobi, adwork media) and I see that they require W8 and W9 tax forms. I don't see anything in the TOS about being over 18 (I'm currently under 18). However if I fill these in with my personal info will the network still payout even though I'm under 18? Thanks

You will see that usually when you sign up for a service like that that you have to be over the age of 18.

As a publisher you must be over the age of 18. All payment forms require this too. PP is a good example of a company that only allows people 18+ to use them. This is because if you're under 18 a company cannot hold you in a binding contract.

The good thing is to forget internet marketing until you get older. You can learn and try but serious business happens when you grow up.
