Again with Stripe...............

Ah my bad I didn’t know that you’re mod’s friend. Even got a vouch from mod, surely you’re legitimate.
We actually do not know one another but have interacted on the forum and I've handled some of his reports and he is all about being honest.

So Stripe refunded 6K back to customers who already spent their money, and closed the account for high suspicious activity.... Which means I am 6K down the drain. The account was running for a good 3 months. Then boom.. Isn't this illegal to destroy someone's legitimate business and refund clients who's money were already spent?

I had NO disputes.. Accepting only 3DS payments.. And implemented strict rules to be on the safe side. What else should i do?

This is the Second time with Stripe. And i reached to a point that there's no way for me to get a Credit Card processor that would not act like Shitty Stripe. Anyone suggests anything?! Most of my clients are demanding CC only. When there's 6 other payment methods available to them.

Any other Payment processors that would do the work?

P.S: This is not a high risk business nor SMM Panel business.
Stripe hits again...

Have a look at 2Checkout and see if that is a good fit for you.
This + I heard good things about Paddle, but not tried it.

2CO asks 6% fee for digital goods. It's too high. Also, how do they handle chargebacks?
6% is less than $6k, or whatever (in the idea that Stripe is well known for refunding all the clients, even those who received the benefit of the product/service in the past). Each one will handle a chargeback, but the way they'll handle make the difference.

Have you thought about selling it on 3rd party sites or marketplaces? You can be creative with this.

Like sell coupon codes on 3rd party marketplaces > User purchases these codes > Uses the code on your site to complete the purchase.

Just think about what suits your flow of work.
It requires a lot of coding and excess amount of time and money. Not worth it for us.
2checkout, square, and authorize.net they all are CC payment processors.
Square is an option to see. Authorize.net is a gateway and not a payment processor unfortunately. They act like a middle man.

Case closed then it’s Stripe fault indeed for marking your legitimate business as highly suspicious
I don't know why you're calling out the mod out of the blue... Please stop being toxic. Thank you.

Okay. 2CO will not suspend accounts for chargebacks, right?

Go there and read their ToS (I am not 2CO rep, so I cannot speak for them). I suppose if the chargebacks are legit, after a while any account may be suspended. But, in the context, I don't think 2CO will refund all the past clients, only the legit refund requests.

Later edit:

Stripe is well known for refunding all the clients, even those who did not asked for a refund.

Stripe doing a Stripe crisis.

The bad side is you really can do nothing!

This is a pure scam from the customer.

I thought you have been using 2CO, that is why I asked you. I can't ask them like "will you suspend my account if I get chargebacks?".
I am using 2CO, but your question was vague. As I said, 2CO will never (at least, as I know) refund all of your clients (even the ones who did not asked for a refund, like Stripe is and was doing in the past). Of course, if you provide services or sell products against 2CO's tos, and you get a refund request, the client will be refunded. And, as I mentioned above, after a while (1-3-5-7 legit refund requests), your account may be suspended.

This is what I wanted to know. Thanks for the explanation.

Then, what is the alternate solution to receive payments through credit cards?
I mentionned 2checkout in my comment, just like evryones here suggested.
i saw their fees are stupidly high.
Yes, but they are fine with digital services, unlike Stripe.

The thing with stripe is that unless your company has a physical address, employees, and you share your hipsters friends images on your linkedin profile, you can expect them to kick you anytime, it ony takes an asshole with a stolen credit card to buy a VPS from you and you're doomed.

Even if you are not selling digital products, if you're not from US, they will give you headaches, they will freeze your funds for 120 days just because you reached a higher amount of transactions, they will ask you for every possible document, proof of stock ...etc and after you solve that, they'll stil hold 10% of your funds whenever you withdraw, and that's an account with less than 1% Dispute rate.

If this is white has, as said, you have tons of processors like "2checkout, square, and authorize.net"

If this is high risk / smm / subscription you would need a whole setup with your own mids, etc. that is also easy to setup nowadays

I’m convinced about his plight, not convinced about his sales tactic.

If it’s really quite a growing channel, then it would make sense to go for direct omnichannels like banks or payment gateway processors

That's rubbish. It's not strictly or otherwise against anything digital. Where did you get this information from?
From them before closing an account with 100K on it, they made it clear that selling digital services is a High risk business for them, unless you own the product ( saas, ebook ) or you are providing a kind of expertise : auditing, marketing, writing ... etc.

For them a high risk is just a nicer word for "we will sustain it till an x level" then we'll do whatever we want.
