but this time I don't need to spam hundreds of apps, I am aiming in hot niches only like music streaming, mp3 download, video streaming with copyrighted materials.

BRO, please and don't ignore my question
I get a new Credit Card + Format My PC + Install Fresh Win7 on VM + Create new gmail with fresh sim card, follow your technique of compilation the app on VM with android studio, but still get Ban everytime. The ban comes just after uploading the apk, which means the problem is of course Android Studio. Is there such additional tips to follow in order to bypass this fucking problem? I swear I lose a lot of money just with accounts termination, without even using any blackhat methods, because they ban my account just after 1 or 2 days of uploading the APK.

you "swear" you loose a lot of money but you don't spent a single cent for my marketplace product, hmmm... I should ignore you, it's not support thread
there is a small trick before you move code to your vmware, delete:
.gradle
.idea
build
gradle
folders and iml file
AS will restore everything.
Also your credit card can be banned, entropay not works!
