If you could watch only one movie for the rest of your life, which one would it be and why?
I would personally choose, the movie The Fault in Our Stars, or some other romance from the 2000s, because I'm a fan of romance movies!.

none anymore. Earlier this year I've had a moment of revelation (I've made a slight move towards a higher consciousness), and this new level doesn't let me appreciate movies like I used to.

Even earlier today I had an impulse to re-watch one of my favorite movies for like the 100th time, from my collection of saved "gems" and then, moments later the higher consciousness put a break on my impulse and I was forced to listen...

Of course, I will still re-watch some of them at some point in time (maybe in a few years or decades... if I'll still be alive), but - to your point - rewatching one movie for all eternity is not doable anymore. I've outgrown this addiction some months ago...

That's a tough one. Not a lot of movies I could re-watch in the first place, unless it's been a while or if friends are interested in watching again. Maybe Pulp Fiction would be a good one, either that or Interstellar.

Oh, the movie Interstellar is fabulous!.

Alien if I could only watch one movie for the rest of my life, love those slimy bastards.

I have a whole rant to make about how hollywood degenerates depict aliens as monsters, but that's a story for another day.

In what fiction and entertainment is concerned, the alien was my favorite character to play as, in the AvP video game (the one that's come out in the 90s I believe it's the 2nd part, the 1st one had not been so good from what I remember). I was playing with my high school colleagues in internet caffees after school for like 2 hours straight (cause that's all of the money we've had to rent the PCs for :D )

So anyway, we were 6 people obsessed with this game (along with other games like Quake, and 4 of us also obsessed with Starcraft, the other 2 guys were playing some car racing game while we were playing Starcraft, but otherwise we would all play AvP).... so yeah, 6 guys playing AvP locally (in internet caffee) and I was the only one playing as alien, there were 2 marines and the other 3 guys were Predator.

And the fuckers would always rally against me whenever they saw me (not because of my skill) but because the alien was the fastest character in the game (but they also hated the alien for some reason, that's why they'd target me first all the time), even I couldn't control it properly many times and I was jumping from one wall of a huge large room straight over everyone on the ground, and straight onto the opposite wall while the others were rage-targeting me while I was busy controlling my character. The fuckers...

Anyway - and without false modesty - I am proud to say that after a few weeks of live, hardcore action and a few numb fingers I managed to play the alien so well that within seconds (regardless of which maps we were playing) I would manage to kill one of those bitches (I can even feel their heavy gaze on me and hearing them "you mo**** fu***, f*** you John" :D

Oh, the memories... I just wished people started playing the games of the 90s again in LANs, like Stacraft (Broodwar, of course, not the abomination called Starcraft 2)... DOTA (again, the REAL dota, not the crap that's Dota 2.... although, I think that Dota had come later on, in early or mid-2000s), also Bomberman 95 had also been fun as hell (probably because I was good at this game too :p )... and even Counterstrike would be nice to play again with my high school friends but alas, they're all married with children and sad as fuck, can't even go have a beer without asking their wives.... also some of them have left the country to work abroad so I've lost touch with them...

Oh well.... life... comes and goes without even noticing and without realizing why we live until we're on the dying bed... I guess the best thing you can do in life is to create happy memories, otherwise I can't see any other purpose to life...

Man, what a wave of nostalgia! I also used to play a lot, but in my case it was on those Taito arcade machines, I’d spend hours there trying to beat the games. Honestly, those simple moments stick with you for life. You’re right: in the end, what really matters are the memories we create along the way.

well, a gamer is a gamer, so no worries! We understand and respect each other :)

I've forgotten a lot of things in my life, and I will forget even more by the time I leave this realm. But you can't take the fun video gaming moments away from me. Just try and do that, and see what happens!

thanks! I realized this too late, but I guess it's better later than never...

Haha exactly, once a gamer, always a gamer no matter if it’s Taito machines, consoles or PCs, we all speak the same language, I agree with you!
You mentioned the game Bomberman, man I loved playing that game, stopping to think, this made me think, putting bombs in different places is boom exploding haha, I really liked doing that! If we really stop to think about it, wow!

Nice choice! If I had to pick just one, I’d probably go with The Shawshank Redemption. It never gets old no matter how many times I watch it.

I'll whoop your ass even if I were a senile old man walking in crutches, I'd still kick everyone's asses at that game :D

On a serious note though, I'm glad you remember it, for some reason it was popular only for a short while (months?? at least that's what it felt like)...

Haha! We would certainly have a good competition!, Well, I don't know how long it lasted exactly, but I can say that it was literally a global success at that time!
