min would be 6 months but having at least a year is better. Anything over 2 years you are golden.

1 Year old site with organic traffic bring the most profit. Tons of other factors play important role, If you want to fetch a good value.

If its a site that was already online in 6 months you should make a good revenue from it. if you are starting a new site it should take 1 year - 2 years.
