I understand your problem. Although I do not claim to be an expert on this but I guess my trick would help.
1) First you need to change your MAC address. Go to: https: //technitium. com/tmac/ (Remove space before opening the link)
Install and change the MAC address of your computer. You don't have to buy a new one.
2) Then you must install a new browser, I'd suggest Maxthon : filehippo. com/download_maxthon/ (Remove space before opening the link) If you wish to continue with your current browser, you can reset the browser and work through Incognito mode (Chrome) or Private Browsing window (Mozilla)
3) Get a VPN. Preferably a paid one, don't go for free VPNs if possible. A residential IP is what we should be looking for. There are many cool offers on BHW to choose from. Still if you do not want to, use Hola VPN: hola.org
4) Signup and create a new id.

After all this is done, ensure you follow all these steps every-time before you login to this new youtube channel.
