Hi!

I've been reading a lot about SEO in the last two months, everything I could. I've learnt to perfectly dominate keyword reseach, competition analysis and on page optimization. However, I'm stuck regarding to link building.

In the next days I'll open a company about web design, online shop design, PPC services... I would also like to offer SEO services in my country.

I need to know the best and safest method to get my business page and then my clients pages to top positions in Google. I've thought in these strategy:

For my site: I should use a safe method to not get penalized. Do you think the most powerful method is to manually make a PBN for TIER1 with expired domains and then, for TIER2 use SAPE links that I buy from BHW?

Another option could be only use a TIER1 with my OWN PBN.

What do you think is the best and safest method for my business site?

For my clients: I think of using a BHW service of SEOsolutions (they use SAPE) and with buffers for TIER1. My clients will pay a monthly fee, if they don't pay, links are removed.

Do you think I'm doing good? Please I need some advice. I'm from Spain.

Thanks.

You don't need SAPE links if you have a PBN, however you can still use them as tier 2 links, although that would increase the chances of your PBN getting busted.

As for your clients' sites, I suggest you don't use anything related to SAPE to rank their sites. Use a PBN instead. With a PBN, you can still remove the links if they refuse to pay. Alternatively, you can build links from other sources to their sites via 301 redirects and turn off the redirects if they refuse to pay (got this from Terry Kyle of seotraffichacks.com).

I've decided that I will make my own PBN to rank my site and my clients sites :)

Use WEB 2.0 to make it, its a lot cheaper than buying expiried domains, hosting, different c-class IP`s etc. Web 2.0 works excellent if you boost them with lower tiers and uncomparable cheaper.

I heard Ultimate Demon for T1 and GSA SER for T2 works great.

Focus more upon guest posts, and publishing articles upon real sites for backlinks as these would help best in the long run.

As SEO Power said, use 301 for your client's sites. Obviously these need to be 301's you control. Keep these well juiced with a PBN. You can redirect them at will.

Save yourself all the hassle, tell people you are a SEO Expert and just make blog comments to their websites. It is all the rage these days.

Funny you should say that, I contacted a potential client and they told me this is exactly what their 'expert' is doing. I don't mind using blog comments for my tiny sites but would never use them for a big business.
