after IG removed my account for a comment...

IG removed my account for a comment about obesity. I literally said nothing else other than promoting obesity on IG is a form of self harm blablabla. Someone reported me and I got banned and lost a great username.

I've had done a little experiment after that... I've reported a lot of accounts that were even remotely being impolite, a bully etc. Guess what? IG banned all of them. That's nuts lol. I think I found myself a new hobby.

same thing happen to me lost a big account because some retard thinks one of my picture is offensive and reported me multiple times. Instagram banned me at over half a mill, without any warning! its like they handed over the banning task to a bot.

haha, really I hate when fat people proud of his weight instead do diet... if someone say something like - you need stay fit - he or she insulted.
I understand when people have physical disability and they can't do anything about it but when someone just lazy to work on his own body - it is not bad to say "you need lose weight "

Think on something: everything posted on IG becomes their intelectual property, that means you are creating a database of content that can be used at anyhow and at anytime and you literally gave it to them.

Who you are reportting? In the end a person/human like me and you, who we are?
We are nothing (in a money capitalistic comparison) to IG that is a billio/trillionaire business..

The person lost time to make the account who got lost
Just one thing had won in the end
Its worth it? Does it fair to replicate the pain and time loss you had when both sides lose?

You never know if you were or was reported, the only way to say this would be being part of IG staff itself, you could had been reported months ago and they just analyzed it now, who know.
The only probably fact is that there is probably something "wrong" that happened inside/with the account and you should try to reach them to see what happened.
Common things people forget
-Reposting/Using stolen content from others
-Using devices connected to more than 5 accounts (Tos Break)
-Using automation in the past or any other abnormal thing

Its like when a purchase goes to fraud review, it went there because there were several or atleast some triggers that happened (or maybe their system is abnormal) but since they wouldnt like to purge a potential client in 9 of 10 cases there was something tricky/shady that happened in the end.

I think they really got it high on their priority list

many personal accounts are being banned

but if you are a star and put your boobs out its ok, no issue
