I tried many things like you but unfortunately, the page didn't appear in SERPs except for a day or two. It's pretty hard to get rankings back once you get hit.

The update aims to “reduce the visible spam in search results, particularly when it comes to cloaking, hacked, auto-generated, and scraped spam.” and Various other factors of the website with the help of Spam Brain tool. so only the Article quality is not considered we have to check on other factors also to attain and sustain the ranking.

sometimes when you don't do anything your rankings recover by themselves and sometimes when you try to find out what the cause is and change your content, this and that actually makes your rankings go down even more
