After getting AdSense/Affiliate acceptance...

Hi all,

First post, and on that note, I would like to thank everybody for their very useful and insightful posts in this amazing forum. If there ever was a place that represents how my brain works, it's in these forums.

My question is, as being a noob, not in actual SEO but in AdSense & Affiliate marketing, I am looking for clarity in how to approach the first step in getting started. This is not necessarily the question of "how do I get accepted with an affiliate or adsense, but how do i structure my individual projects so I follow all their rules down the road?

For example, I have 10 niche domains I want to eventually use for either affiliate/adsense projects. Do I focus on one and get that one accepted into each program? From there, since I'm approved under one domain, can I start building sites with any of my domains/subdomains to no avail and just plug in my adsense & affiliate code? Do either of these programs require their approval for each new site you place their code into?

I have a tendency to over complicate things, which is what I think I'm doing here, but I want to follow the rules the best I can to prevent getting banned down the road.

I hope this makes sense and appreciate any feedback you have to offer.

from my experience is start from free stuff first like blogspot and then move on to invest domains, and then outsource it...

Thanks for the reply excaflowne. I don't think I was very clear with my initial question...

I noticed when applying for an Affiliate that they wanted to know what category my website is focused on. Let's say it's anti-virus software, so it falls under the category: Computers > Software and I direct them to look at my domain http://www.aaa.com. The Affiliate or AdSense people check it out and approve it. Now, a week later, I want to expand and create a Health & Fitness site on my domain http://www.bbb.com. I then repeat this process many times over using various subjects and domains while still using the main Affiliate/AdSense account I sign up with.

If I create my Affiliate/AdSense account on the one domain, can I eventually create as many sites as I'd like once accepted within a particular revenue generation program?

Do they frown upon this?

Again, I'm a total n00b here, so any help would be great.

Adsense allows you to do this, simply create a new channel for each site in order to track clicks, earnings etc.

For affiliate programs, most allow you to. Best thing to do is check their ToS or contact them.
