We usually recommend our clients to get everything new if possible after a permanent ban. Any property and that incl. the domain will increase the chances of it getting banned again. What we think people have to focus on is not getting banned in the first place, build a strong verified footprint, otherwise it will be hard to succeed long term. Did you first try to get the ad account back?
