After Facebook Unsuspending - Pause/Cooldown?

Hello Everyone

When you get a Facebook Account un-suspended for fraud (Sending advertising dating links to other users and block). After Appeal with number and verification photo.
Is there a recommendation. If you need to take a pause from the profil in x amount of days?

I had some profiles, they got suspended/un-suspended 2-3 times every month and at 5-10 times, they account got disabled.

So any suggestion or recommendation, so i'm not getting suspended again?

delete all old campaigns is enough, if you want you can also pause it for around 2 days. But remember that pausing the ad accs during a long time can lead to automatic suspension

It's not ads account. It's female accounts sending liks to men to sign up on dating sites after 2-3 messages. That's why they sometimes get suspended, after getting reported.
