Why would you not call them ? Think about it like this:
- how many chances of getting accepted you have if you call vs. if you don't call

You can just e-mail them and ask them why they denied you, or you can call them. Calling would be better.

Call them, say you are working with few another cpa companies (say hydra etc) with no problem, and ask them what we can do to fix this.

Yeah, call them up, sometimes they just want to know you're really interested and dedicated enough to pick up the phone.
