Hello.

https://pro-sitemaps.com
I created a sitemap here and uploaded it.
Then, do I just submit sitemap.xml to Google Search Console? Or is it correct to do it like the attached image?
hm.. Can I just submit sitemap.xml?

If you are generating the sitemap manually? You must upload your XML file in your website root, And then submit the sitemap URL to your Search console.

As mentioned here, you need to create an XML file, load it to your hosting where the website is and point this URL to google so they can scan it every couple hours.

Yes, I have finished uploading everything.

correct, but in the Search console you submit the domain.com/sitemap.xml URL and not the file itself, so you won't need to manually upload new file each time, but only update the current one in your hosting.
