No need to buy traffic after PBN is done. Add anchor text. You can come back later and add few more articles so blog appears more legit.

Just keep writing good content for your PBN. If you are not creating a perfect or "firstclass" network you could elect to sell PBN links or homepage links on gig sites or other marketplaces. Once some real traffic develops and the metrics of the site (DR, DA) are sound domain wide, you can consider selling guest posts or sponsored posts for more monetization.

The last thing you really need is to drive traffic to your PBN sites. More traffic = more chance some nasty piece of work dropping by who spots what you're doing!
Write great content, get your serp boost and just leave them be!

Don't buy traffic. Earn traffic organically.
Remember - PBN's are suppose to act like a real blog, so treat it like one.
Update your blog posts regularly. (minimum 1 x month)
Also build relevant backlinks to your blog.
You will start to see slight increases to your blog authority, and increases to your organic traffic.
Through this, your PBN will look like a legit blog - this is how you sustainably maintain a network.
