After bann: can I use the FB account again? join & post in groups

Hello guys,
one month ago, 2 of my aged accounts where banned by facebook, because of spam into groups. I verifyed them with my phone and get them back...Then I tried to post in a new group, but get a message, that I can't do this for a while (cause of spamming). Is it just a period of time and then, I can use this accounts again or do I have to foret them? Cause they have a lot of friends, are really old and in a lot of important groups...

Maybe someone have some experience...

I know that I was liking pages too much, and got blocked.
After few days I was unblocked, so I guess that you will be unblocked very soon ( my opinion )
You should wait some time when you post between groups.

Let it age, try again in a few days. Usually 72 hours is a good waiting period time.

Some of my accounts have been in such a situation.
As a rule, the ban is removed after a few days.
Need less aggressive spam.
Register many fake accounts and post few messages with all of them. It's better than to place a lot of messages from one or two accounts.

what is daily recommended posting limit for fb groups & not get banned?

When I join groups, after like 50 I have to wait, cause facebook tells me, I do it to fast... When I go on with it instantly, the tell it again and after that, they will block the function for 72h.

So I do the same with posting into groups.. Do like 50posts (but not to fast) and then I have to wait like 1/2 - 1h...After that, I start again with like 30posts...I can do it the whole day, when I do the breaks. But that is just my way to do it - I don't know, if it's save and work with every account/group.
Furthermore, when I guess more then 2 guys report your post to facebook, you will get banned too.
