After all these years Flippa is still a good place to sell your website

Flippa might not be the best option for most people but it's still a good option especially when you build websites to sell as fast as possible (maybe within a year). Most of my websites were on average one year old when I decided to sell it.

What I found consistant over the years is that your website dont have to be fancy looking.
It should atleast generate a monthly income (average $50 a month will do).
No duplicate content.
Google analytics should be installed from the beginning of the website
Traffic should be on increase or linear to previous months
Dont go overprice your website (on average 24 months will do)
Should have multiple streams of oncome (Adsense and Amazon will do)

For buying websites Flippa is dead for me. I wouldn't pay more than 5x monthly revenue and people there bid for 30x monthly revenue. I will better invest in Indian equity stock market for reputed companies that will be alive for next 50 years.
