After a domain has expired, how long before it can be registered again?

I'm interested in a domain that is registered with Cloudflare and expired 3 months ago, but I still cannot purchase it. I think different providers have different policies. I checked Cloudflare's policy, which states that it should be available after 3 months, but I still can't buy it
Does anyone know the specific time frame, because I have been waiting for too long

When a domain name expire the Registrars company "NAMECHEAP" as an example will give you 30 days call GRAS to give you the opportiuny to renewal the domain name, if you didn't renewal it they keep it on their own for 40 days, and as old owner you can buy it but you will pay additional fees because you're too late, in case you didn't buy it, the Registrar company will analyze it and if its good domain name will keep it, as what happen to me with this domain name Be.pro
 
After a domain name expires, it usually takes about 75-80 days before it can be registered again, following a grace period of 0-45 days, a redemption period of about 30 days, and a deletion period of 5 days.
 
It usually takes about 3 month, maybe less or more. Hope you're okay with that.
 
Maybe the most annoying is when a domain you want to register something does not arrive after that one day . Even though policy at Cloudflare says 3 months your actual release can vary based on the registrar and renewal grace periods. It will probably come within the next day or two, so keep an eye on the domain with a backorder service. Hang in there!
