After 6 months sober from drugs, I started again.

dont worry
im still addicted the caffeine :(
That's kind of a different addiction.

Theirs is a life-altering issue, yours is a morning issue and not a life-altering one.

And your post is not funny either.

Which drugs? that really depends.... :)

Go long enough without a cigarette and there’s no way you won’t say no. They smell and taste horrible. I know because I smoked for nearly 15 years. I haven’t smoked cigarettes since 2015. I can’t even stand to be around them or people that smell like them.

No offense
I totally agree, I smoked for most of my life, started vaping about 8 years ago & haven't smoked a cigarette since... can't stand the smell on people, it's so bad... no offense to anyone who smokes.

I will do my best in 2026.
Believe you will, and you will. I have a lot of personal experience with addicts, those who actually want to quit eventually do, but most will relapse, it's just part of recovery for a lot of people. Alternatively, I have seen many addicts forced into recovery and it doesn't work. I'm just being real, an addict can't quit for someone else, it's an inside job.
Recovery is hard, and I'm sure you have done things you aren't proud of, but you gotta be able to forgive yourself and be proud of yourself for staying clean for 6 months.
with love

If you have been on drugs, you have to DETOX from them. So read about how to do that.

You are "out of balance". Find an Applied Kinesiology practitioner and get in balance.

Start taking supplements especially for sleep problems

Start taking supplements for your brain - Neurotropics - Research it

Make sure you have an exercise program - gym - walking - internal martial arts to tone your body

STAY AWAY FROM EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT TAKES DRUGS. Dump them. They are NOT friends

Sincerely,

The Eye
