African Mango Spainish (Mango Africano) Anyone been able to monetise?

So I have a site for the African Mango niche but for Spanish language.

I've got traffic but cant monetise. When it was a brand new product I could monetise with the expensive CPA offers. But now its a year or so old I can't sell anything.

Has anyone managed to monetise this traffic recently?
