Afraid with big account?

I'm owning big authority account on IG.
300k+.

I want to implement snapchat on it and want to use my url.

When I'm trying to use it IG don't allow it.
So what do you think is it safe to use url shortener to short this url and use it?
I've seen other big accounts use bit.do

You should be fine. And it doesn't matter whether you use a shortener or not, because Instagram can easily follow the original link.
