Afraid of chargebacks

My apologies for this late response. But damn GST losing $300 a day..thats truly ass

I'm not experience in this sort of field but what if we implement an address basically ship to this address something like that (no idea what i just said) to show to paypal we delivered during signing up for an account. And before we start on a gig we can screenshot the count of followers/views then after the gig is finished we can screenshot again with the views/followers that we put on the account/video. Could we prove to paypal that we did the job? and we could win the chargeback?

Again, im not experienced or familiar with chargebacks and paypal's rules with this. Go easy on me lol

If it isn't a tangible good, taking screen shots will unfortunately do you no good. Paypal offers no protection to sellers of intangible goods on chargebacks, although if it is from a paypal account they will investigate it. We've had paypal rule in a favor on those, but that's only because they found the chargeback was a friendly one. In the case of friendly chargebacks from a credit card, you're toast.

If you sold an tangible good + the fans as a bonus, that might work. We asked this same question of paypal though, and they said sending something to verify address / have shipping on an intangible good wouldn't offer us seller protection.
