afiiliate plattorm better than clickbank?

On clicbank you send traffic to offer, the only offer you can make commission with, it's the offer you sent traffic to it.
i am looking for affiliate platform where a customer submit email on form to specific offer (like on clickbank) He you will start to get serious emails with a different offers,
but all offers will be under your affiliate id
any idea for a platform like that?
