Hello: I'm starting a business and interested in getting started on some other networks aside of Adwords. Just looking for the top recommendations from the experts. Quality traffic at a low cost.

I'm not sure what your budget is but you could try7search. They tend to be slightly cheaper than the more major networks. On another note, I would suggest being careful with your funds if you go with something unknown. There is a reason that Adwords, Yahoo and Bing are pricey and its because you get what you pay for. As long as you know what you are doing you can generally get a pretty good return on your investment.
