Affliate programs that pay on request?

I'm pretty sure, that you won't be able to find too many legit networks of such kind, mainly because they need to make sure, that you're sending legit traffic (which converts) and that doesn't turn out that soon, so practically those networks you found are paying you from their own pocket before they even have a chance to thoroughly check your traffic.
