Do you think, spamming affliate link (lets say affiliate program for book shop) in like 100 facebook groups would make any money? Has anyone tried this?

Don't make it look spammy try to put effort in your posts and yes you can make money.

I think you get ban on fb group and abuse to your affiliate program => also ban
