Are there any affliates that pay by paypal for free signups? I have looked and can't seem to find any. Doesn't need very high pay though.

well some CPA networks will pay through paypal. And all cpa networks should have some things where there are free signups.

I heard paypal limits the accounts that receive adult affiliate payments. Is this true?

Yes this is true. Transactions for adult related products/services are not allowed with PP.

wow I hadn't heard that before with PP limiting the adult payments.

There are the affiliate junction and five star affiliates, but I believe they are scams and I think they make you pay money to use them =scam.

Have you checked out EPN? There is some decent cash to be made in there. BHW is a treasure trove of tips and tricks. I've been with EPN since june 08 and I haven't had a problem at all.
They seem to pay around the 25th each month and it goes straight to paypal. Which I use my paypal debit for.

Try Affiliateer (affiliateer.com)...it pays by Paypal if you have made $50+.
