Does anyknow if its ok to use the default redirector url to deep link products on merchant pages?

IE
click-AFFID-MerchantID?url={Link of Product page}

I see when checking out products link creator there some extra parameter at the end

cjsku=

Is that required to track? or would that be for reporting features?
